Establishment has no operational hand washing sink in the only restroom available for employee use. Hand washing sinks shall be sufficient in number and placement to ensure that employees can wash hands with warm water, soap, and paper towels at any time when contamination may occur. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection is scheduled for 4/9/2026. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Hand washing sink in dishwashing/corn prep area was completely blocked by a steel prep cart with the wheels in the "locked" position while food was being handled in that station. Hand washing sinks must be maintained completely unobstructed so that employee hand washing is possible at any time when contamination could occur or when changing tasks. Person in charge (PIC) moved the cart to correct during the inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Per GC, his staff couldn’t show up and owner was not available also one of the equipment had not been delivered. Please continue with construction follow ATC letter, plans and inspection. Please address the following items prior to the equipment inspection:1. Provide a food prep sink in the food prep area. Sink must have hot and cold water and indirectly drained to a floor sink with minimum 1” air gap from the finished floor.2. Provide an additional water stub-out with angle stop at the mop sink for chemical dispenser.3. Provide dipper wells or hot water wells in the warmer, ice cream, snacks areas for storing utensils in between uses.4. Floor sinks must be accessible under large equipment or cabinet.5.
