Inspector's notes

Observed lighting shining through the bottom and sides of the back door entrance. Back door was also unable to close automatically as the door hinge was non-functional. Discussed the importance of maintaining all outer openings protected, by having solid, self-closing, tight-fitted doors. Repair/replace prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
