Observed walk in cooler with minimum ambient temperature of 50.7°F with inspector's min/max thermometer. According to the person in charge the walk in cooler was functioning below 41°F at 8:30AM this morning. The person in charge voluntarily discarded the bean stew and stuffed grape leaves. Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection.
