Deep clean the cook line, under equipment, and ceiling that are dust laden. 3. Provide air vent where missing (entry to kitchen). 4. Cleanup the reach-in cooler used for employees and remove cardboard. 5. Provide self-closer for rear entrance. 6. Replace the dumpster that is leaking fluids onto the ground through rusted holes and power wash the area. 7. Provide invoice from pest control company. 8. Seal up all penetrations (electrical and plumbing) as discussed. 9. Seal hood vent using heat resistant silicone (silver in color). 10.
