Small flies observed in soda fountain area and in rear ware wash area, with the majority being observed in the ware wash area. The small flies appeared to be mostly around the dirty towel storage bags with a few also observed below the 3-compartment sink, corner near the water heater, and a few in the storage room. Pest control was last administered on 6/3/25. Please have pest control administered again prior to re-inspection within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Work is in place for the floor in ware wash area. Hole in wall near outlet in corner of prize station. The normal container designed to reheat the sauce was not working, so the establishment has been using the wing warmer to reheat and hot hold the marinara sauce for either a few weeks or months (PIC was not sure exactly). The sauce had begun reheating sometime between 10 and 11 AM today. The temperature in the middle of the sauce was about 80*F while the outer portion was 122*F; temperatures verified with PIC's and inspector's probe thermometers. PIC discarded the sauce. Please ensure proper reheating time frames and temperatures are met. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - The water heater is placed on top of a couple bricks to elevate it and its drip pan an inch or two off the floor. The drip pan is dented up and obstructs access and most of the view below the water heater. The observable area below the water heater appears to have excessive debris build up and there is a noticeable odor in the area possibly due to the debris build up.
