Cold water supply at the hand wash sink in the processing room cold water is slow, please increase water pressure. - Valve is ordered.b). Please indirectly waste the last compartment of the three compartment sink through a hub drain. This is for the sanitizer compartment only.c). Condensate needs to properly disposed off. Please create a dry well 2 feet deep and 1 x1 foot wide, and fill with rocks. Please extend the drain and bring it away from the structure. The latter was done. Keep weeds down so you do not harbor pests like mice around the building.d). exhaust fan in one of the restrooms is not working, please repair. e).Walk in unit is dark in some areas, 10 foot candles is required throughout. If possible please install additional lights in the walk in and provide 10 foot candles throughout.Floor in processing room has some spots where the paint let go. The window will need new FRP trims and the mop sink will need to be caulked at wall and floor junctures. In the walk-in caulk around the condensate drain line of the walk-in refrigerator. Once the hand wash sink is repaired please re-caulk at the top wall juncture. Core-6-201.13, C: Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed - Restroom base is straight but in good shape. Ideally the base is removed and replaced with rubber or vinyl coved base, If you can seal the base to the floor and provide a beveled bead of caulk that would work to. :
