OC re-inspection was conducted with the owners, Raj and Laila. Most items noted in the last report had been addressed.The dining area is re-opened.Please address the following items prior to the next routine inspection:1. 6-101.11 Finishes__ floors, walls, and ceilings__Provide washable ceiling tiles above the food display counter at the breakfast area. This area was not walk through at the last inspection since it was under construction and was taped off. 2. The backflow preventer provided is an ASSE 1032, which does not have an atmospheric vent. Please provide a vented dual check valve backflow preventer (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the coffee/ tea brewer and the juice machine since this is on a dead leg.3. 6-202.112 Living or Sleeping Quarters, Separation.__Noted the household stove/ cooktop in the kitchen. Per owner, they are using it for personal use. Informed owner to separate personal and customer areas.4. Service sink__Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices: 5-203.13, C__The establishment is using 3-comp sink for washing whole fruits. Informed owner that a separate sink is required for fruits washing/ rinsing unless all fruits / vegetables are pre-cut/ pre-washed.5. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display: 3-307.11, C¬¬__ Provide side splashguard on the hand sink at the breakfast service counter. Splashguards must be at the height of the faucet and length of the sink. Otherwise, relocate the coffee machine to 24 inches away. Contacted manager, Rajbir D. to verify the re-inspection date for the facility scheduled for 10/27/23. Manager claimed that they are fully booked so it is not possible to see the rooms. Informed manager that I do not need to see the rooms but they need to address the facility items prior to the next inspection. There are remodel permits fees for the public accommodation and the food service area need to be addressed. Manager claimed that they never received any report for the inspection on 9/22/23. Provided another copy to manager via e-mail address in the system: accgchandler373@gmail.com.Failure to address violations noted in the reports may result in County legal action. Rescheduled the re-inspection on 11/17/23.The establishment is open and operating with a Cease and Desist Order EF-23-04429. The dinning area is under remodel and drink equipment: juice machine, coffee machine and reach-in fridge are still stored in the work zone. Relocate drink/ food equipment to outside of the work zone or wrap them up with plastic wrap and provide pre-packaged drink during construction.The hotel is under remodel to change interior and exterior room finishes on walls, ceiling, and floor. Remodel permits will be required for this scope of the work for the hotel and food service areas..Permit is approved.Please address the items in the report before the re-inspection.The establishment is not participating in the award program and received 1 Priority violation and 1 Priority foundation violation.Please contact the Department at 602-506-6824 to schedule the next inspection.
