Observed rodent droppings under the 3 compartment sink, dish storage, and behind the cooking equipment. Manager stated that there have been rodent issues. Discussed proper pest control and instructed manager to have kitchen cleaned to monitor current activity. Will follow up for re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
