Observed rolled turkey in sandwich make table with an internal temperature of 48-50*F. PIC stated food had been previously prepped and placed in sandwich maketable without first cooling it. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. TCS food was moved walk-in cooler to rapidly chill.
