The evaporator pan for the walk-in refrigerator has been bypassed with a drain pipe that was installed through a drilled hole in the walk-in ceiling. This drain pipe drains into a pan on the floor inside the walk-in. Repair the evaporator unit on top of the walk-in and eliminate the makeshift drain pipe and pan inside the unit. 2. The drain pipe for the ice machine has been disconnected. Re-connect the ice machine drain pipe so that it drains properly to the nearby floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink.
