Follow up visit walk through. The following items were observed:1). Dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 was installed upstream of the beverage machines.2). New lights were installed in the kitchen over the three compartment sink and food prep sink.3). Storage shelving was re-painted.4). Hot water is now available in the restrooms. Hand wash sink was obtained for events in the hall to the west.The the following rules need to be followed concerning the water coolers on the property:1). Coolers are filled in the ice house.2). The plumbing in the ice house will be kept in good repair, soap and paper towels will be stocked.3). Coolers are washed as needed or each night if desired. Wash, rinse and sanitize procedures must be followed.4). Staff filling the coolers are required to pass the food handlers test.5). Employees filling the coolers are required to wash hands first before scooping ice.6). After filling the coolers with ice you can connect a food grade hose to the faucet and fill the coolers.7). After filing the lids should be placed back and the hose properly stored in a clean location.Handle ice with care as it is considered a food item. New permit re-inspection walk through. Most of the violations were corrected. The following items are still outstanding:1). Violation number 54, an additional light will be installed in the dish wash area and prep sink.2). Violation 45, finishing of the wooden storage shelve.3). Violation 48, tempered water in the restrooms.4). Violation 53, filling in of the crack in the floor.The new dishwasher was installed at the bar, the drain line is on the floor and should be run off the floor, along the wall to the floor sink. Properly brace the drain line so it is sturdy, install with an elbow down at the floor sink.The event hall next door is rented out for events and the operator provides bar service during the events. This function involves scooping ice which requires a hand wash set up with warm water, soap and paper towels.1/2 floor sink grates are on order for at the bar and the dish washer.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site.Award: Not Participating,Signer: Misty

Please extend the ice bin drain and raise the drains on the ice machine at waiter station. c). Mount the water filter of the floor, unit is upstream of the soda system. d). At the bar, make the floor sink under the keg cooler accessible for cleaning, notch the toe kick in if needed. Extend the drip tray drain so it clears the toe kick of the keg cooler. e). Establishment does not have a food prep sink, please install with hot and cold water and provide a indirect waste connection trough a hub drain or lead to the floor sink. f). The three compartment's third valve is frozen, please repair. g). Please remove old caulk and re-caulk the three compartment sink and dish gutter at the wall junctures. h). Raise the drain line of the ice bin and extend and mount the soda gun holster drain line to this drain.
