Inspector's notes
Observed an employee crack open a raw, whole egg onto one crepe and immediately handle the ready to eat crepe on the other grill. Anytime an employee cracks a raw egg, they must wash their hands prior to returning to RTE foods. Crepe was discarded and a new one was made. Employee washed their hands prior to returning to making the new crepe. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
In the sandwich prep cooler, observed cooked turkey at 50*F, cooked chicken at 50*F, raw whole eggs at 49*F, cut tomatoes at 49*F, and whipped cream cheese at 53*F. All foods had been in the unit less than 4 hours. All TCS foods were moved to reach in cooler in the back of house. Unit was initially 48*F but after turning the unit down, it was able to reach below 41*F.
