New owner follow up. Almost all items were corrected. Owner will follow up on the items left:1). The drain line for the ice machine will need to be rigid, be properly braced and run to the floor sink following gravity flow.2). The walk-in ceiling penetration around the sprinkler will be filled in.3). The holes in the FRP, where occurring, will be filled in and finished out smooth.4). The kitchen and wash sink knobs will need to be adjusted so the faucet closes completely.5). With the filter combinations make sure all three hoods are closed off with filters that are in good shape.Owner is moving the food prep sink form the front to the back. Existing floor sink and water lines will be used. Make sure:1). You lead the drain line to the floor sink, follow gravity flow, properly brace and maintain a 1 inch air gap at the floor sink.2).
