Inspector's notes
Observed a wiping bucket measuring at 500 PPM of quat. Alerted staff who diluted the solution at time of inspection. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC). Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Manager to have the automatic quat dispenser adjusted down to the appropriate range (150-400 PPM). Until the quat is adjusted to the correct range staff to dilute the solution with water and test after each dilution. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Fill and seal all spaces and gaps between the wall tiles and the underside of the water heater stand where the mop sink is installed. The entire mop sink area should be waterproof.7. Provide a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish to all bare wood including the undersides of all countertops and bar tops.8. Ensure that the Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker and water valves on the mop sink faucet are fully functional. The current mop sink faucet is in severe disrepair and must be replaced. 9. Separate, hard piped drain lines that do not connect to any other waste drain pipes must be installed for all food related sinks, equipment, ware washing sinks, ice bins, ice machines, etc. These drain pipes must empty indirectly to floor sinks with minimum 1 in. air-gaps between the ends of the drain pipes and the flood rims of the floor sinks they drain into.
