Inspector's notes
Observed cardboard boxes blocking two handwashing sinks, one near the cash register and the other in the back of the establishment by the mop sink. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at the time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks must always be maintained unobstructed and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
