New owner inspection follow up. Many of the items have been corrected. Restaurant is waiting for a new ice machine that will replace the one in place.When installing please make sure that:1). The drain lines are rigid PVC. Both.2). Drain lines are lead to the sink following gravity flow.3). That the drain lines are properly braced to the wall.4). That you keep a 1 inch air gap at the sink.5). At the sink install an elbow down on the pipe.6). If you end up having the raise the ice machine with extensions please make sure what ever you use is sealed and easily cleanable. Hopefully the ice machine company has extended legs that bring the ice bin up to the level so you make grade in the drain lines.Items for correction that still need to be done are:1). The backflow valve upstream of the soda system is leaking, please repair. Backflow requirement is in order so no certification required.2). Please remove tile and install 6 inch coved base or cove base tile. There is one tile loose at the front counter. Please repair. The restrooms are required to have a coved floor / wall juncture a well. Please provide. Core-6-101.11, C: Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas - : 1). The wall behind the steam table is damaged, please repair and provide a durable, easily cleanable surface, stainless or FRP okay but install with trims. 2). Please remove the water from the light fixture in the walk-in unit and seal the penetration from the top. Polyurethane foam usually works. 3). Please seal off the abandoned AC ducts over the walk-in unit. 4) Caulk and finish out smooth, any holes in the wall over the three compartment sink and other areas where there are holes or screws removed. 5). Remove the wooden blocks from under the ice machine and provide taller legs, this will also help with the gravity flow of the drain to the mop sink. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions: 1). Over time you will need to remove all caulk from the base tile and re-seal with grout, caulk or epoxy grout. Juncture needs to be clean and easily cleanable. 2). In time, not before re-inspection you will need to clean on top of the hoods and remove any buildup. 3). Please clean the storage racks in the walk-in cooler and remove soil buildup. 4). Please remove soil from AC line in walk-in and fan covers. 5). At the hot well, wall rack, clean the rack supports. 6). Under the three compartment sink clean the drain lines that are soiled. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
