Observed inside back up line upright refrigerator with blue gloves that inside was two open packages of raw beef patties stored directly above various prepared salads. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC moved all salads away from open raw beef patties. =====Separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from raw RTE foods and cooked RTE foods. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
