Repeat Violation No hand soap at hand sink near ice machine. During inspection, employee adjusted table in a way that blocks access to hand sink if in the process of retrieving ice. Requiring staff to walk around to the front of the store to gain access to hand sink. Staff readjusted table so that sink is easily accessible from both positions. Please ensure that all hand sinks are always stocked with paper towels and have functioning paper towel dispensers so that employees can properly dry their hands. Observed multiple containers of TCS food being cold held inside walk-in cooler without a date mark (Cooked shredded beef, ground beef, cooked chicken in red and green sauce, Pico de Gallo, and shredded cheese). Per PIC, these products were prepared 2-3 days prior to inspection, PIC put adjusted date mark stickers on all products at time of inspection. Date marking shall be done within 24hrs of preparing or opening RTE TCS food. Listeria is the pathogen of concern. RTE/TCS can be kept for a max of 7 days when held at 41*F or less.
