Inspector's notes

Observed facility using Quat sanitizer for food contact surfaces without having test strips for the the sanitizer. Per PIC the facility had run out the day prior and they were awaiting shipment of the strips. Educated PIC that test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection 5/5/26.
