Observed several areas throughout both service kitchens with gaps, paneling removed, exposed porous material, missing doors, and buildup of food residue and debris on countertops and walls. 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Predefined Comment: Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris.
