Observed organic matter build-up on nozzles soda guns. Soda guns observed not fully submerged in cleaning solution. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to the sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
