No County legal action will result from this inspection.Of Note: Small pool of water is collecting beneath the water lines of the soda dispenser located in the main walk-in cooler. PIC stated that the lines have been leaking during the automatic cleaning process, and first noticed the water one day prior to inspection. PIC already placed a work order to have lines professionally serviced at time of inspection. Ensure area is clear of any pooling water, and lines are serviced prior to next routine health inspection.

PIC turned on sink to thaw food under cold running water at the time of inspection. Discussed proper thawing methods with the PIC. Priority Foundation-5-103.12, Pf: Pressure >>> Observed mop sink in the warewashing area with an inoperable hot water handle. Hot water handle turns completely on its axis with no water flow. PIC stated they will have a certified plumber service the mop sink as soon as possible. Observed sanitizer bucket used for sanitizing food prep surface. Asked employee about sanitizing food prep surface and employee said they use the sanitizer bucket with wipes to clean food prep surface. Measured the ppm of the quat sanitizer using quat 40 test strips and test strip indicated minimal color change indicating low concentration. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
