PIC stated that the establishment has not been operating since January 2025, and will not open the storefront until October 2025. PIC stated that the establishment will primarily be open to the public between October-January. MOO will be adjusted accordingly.
Inspector's notes
Observed 2-comp sink located in the kitchen area to be unfastened from the wall at time of inspection, rendering the area neither smooth, nor easily cleanable. Also observed a leak coming from the faucet of the 2-comp sink. Discussed repairs with PIC. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Establishment recently replaced signage formerly indicating a reopening in April, to new verbiage stating establishment is 'temporarily closed'. Inspector will return at a future date to conduct routine inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
