Inspector's notes

Observed sinlge glass door refrigerator holding some opened milk, fruit puree, with an ambient temperature of 55*F (Max/Min Thermometer). Equipment must be able to hold food and drink at 41*F. Upon further investigation, frost/ice build up observed at fans in top portion of unit. All refrigeration after opening products and opened milk container placed in walk in cooler. Advised to defrost unit and turn back on to determine if food/drink can be held at 41*F Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
