Observed no date mark on the beans made in house that get cooled and package for retail sale. PIC stated the beans were cooked 2 days prior, and proceeding to put the sell by date on the container. Also observed house made hominey in the display case in the retail food area with no date. PIC placed a label on the bags. TCS food items must be properly dated and stored for no more than 7 days. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
