Observed heavy buildup inside the floor drain at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drain on a more regular basis to minimize the accumulation of debris and other soils in the drain. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed three comp sink sanitizer dispenser does not dispense sanitizer automatically. Discussed with person in charge to repair tubing and restore automated dispenser. In meantime PIC is to manually add sanitizer and use test strips to calculate proper concentration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
