-- Roof door hatch was observed open at the time of inspection. Per person in charge (PIC), the establishment is awaiting same-day repairs to hood ventilation system and the fire marshal has instructed them to keep the hatch open to reduce smoke inside restaurant. The PIC was unable to provide a report from the fire marshal. Outer openings of a food establishment must be protected against the entry of insects and rodents. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

-- Hand soap not available for handwashing in 1 of 1 dispensers in men's restroom. Reviewed MCESD requirements with the PIC: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC checking restrooms frequently as needed to ensure supplies are available for use at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
