Observed worker portioning ranch cups at prep sink remove gloves then put on new gloves and proceed to gather chicken tenders from freezer without washing hands between. Worker was stopped and asked to wash hands before beginning a new task to avoid potential cross contamination. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
