The premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. Repair equipment to good working order or remove unnecessary units from the premises to prevent pest harborage and allow for proper cleaning Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
