Observed the handwashing sink nearest the three-compartment sink without soap available. Alerted staff, who replaced the soap at the time of inspection. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed multiple used and damp wiping cloths on the counters throughout the establishment. Alerted the manager and re-educated on wiping cloth usage and storage. All used and damp cloths were put in the hamper and fresh, clean cloths were obtained. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Fresh wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection., Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
