Observed several student drying dishes with damp cloths. Students were stopped and teachers re-educated on air drying requirements. Students may shake off excess sanitizer after dipping. Discussed the importance of air drying to reduce recontamination risks associated with damp cloths. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
