Observed build up of black organic matter on the nozzle of the soda gun in bar area. PIC relocated soda nozzle to the 3-comp sink area to be washed rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. Soda nozzles must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Discussed cleaning frequency with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
