Consumer advisory is required for all items with flat iron steak and burgers - see printed menus. PIC stated they input the request. Informed PIC that the online kiosk menu needs to be updated prior to reinspection on 6/18/2026. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Inspector's notes

Observed potato crisps sitting out at room temperature. PIC stated that the potatoes had been out for about 5 hours prior to inspection. PIC stated that they fry the potatoes in the morning and keep them to use for the day. Informed PIC that the potato crisps are a TCS food and must be kept at 135*F or above or kept on time as a control. PIC discarded the potato crisps at time of inspection. Discussed time as a control with PIC. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. All TCS foods improperly hot held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed food delivered at a temperature of 48*F-60*F using a probe thermometer at time of arrival (Garden Turkey Sandwich, Turkey Club Sandwich, Ham & Cheddar Sandwich, Chicken Ceasar Salad, Cobb Salad, Yogurt parfait). Establishment had not taken temperature of goods prior to accepting the order after speaking with distributor it was determined the last known temperature was 2 hours prior to inspection. Discussed delivery procedures and possible addition of ice packs and external cooling to help in keeping food in a safe temperature range during transport.
