Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.Establishment was observed operating outside the scope of their approved operating permit in violation of MCEHC Chap. 1, Reg. 4(a). Establishment is operating as a micro market by selling TCS food items such as ham/cheese sandwiches and yogurt with no self locking cold holding equipment but being permitted as a retail food establishment. Permit is operating mostly unmanned as inspector waited for a representative for at least 20 minutes with no success. Inspector had to walk roughly 500 feet to another concept under the same ownership to get a hold of a representative. Establishment must operate as initially approved by the county as a retail market with an employee at the establishment at all times of being opened. Establishment may apply for a remodel to qualify changing the permit type to a micro market permit (installing proper equipment required for a micro market) within 5 business days.
