Observed icicle buildup on the black piping of the fan in the walk-in freezer. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Discussed to fix cause of leak and removed ice and to not store and food under piping. No contamination observed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
