Of note: No TCS foods are being prepared by the Church. The PIC stated chips and other non-TCS foods are sometimes portioned into small zip-lock bags in the kitchen area. Reviewed handwashing and proper glove usage when re-packaging operations are occurring. Per PIC, Ihelp offers overnight shelter every monday. Church purchases food from restaurants once month to give people during their stay.Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): The person in charge (PIC) did not have the CFPM at the time of inspection. Per 2017 Food Code, the PIC shall be a CFPM and is required to be onsite during the hours of operation.
