Of note: No TCS foods are being prepared by the Church. The PIC stated chips and other non-TCS foods are sometimes portioned into small zip-lock bags in the kitchen area. Reviewed handwashing and proper glove usage when re-packaging operations are occurring. Per PIC, Ihelp offers overnight shelter every monday.
