MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 2, Reg 4(d) [4] - All dog waste shall be placed in a fly-tight container located adjacent to the patio area and disposed of outside of the food establishment in an appropriately covered waste receptacle. Equipment used to clean the outdoor patio must be kept outside of the food establishment. Addl Notes: No covered fly tight trash receptacle available at time of inspection. Observed an employee spraying off a dirty container lid. Employee ran the lid through a dishwashing cycle and once the cycle was complete, they placed the lid to air dry. Hands were not washed between dirty and clean dishes. Hands must be washed when going from dirty dishes to clean dishes. Employee properly washed their hands and rewashed the container lid.

Thermometer was calibrated at time of inspection. All temperature/time controlled for safety (TCS) foods in cold holding are required to be kept at 41*F or below.
