Observed Various hard cheeses at 45*F, sour cream at 44*F, cooked chicken at 44*F, and raw chicken at 44*F in the walk in cooler. Walk in cooler was at 38.8*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. Per manager, the door was held open during a large alcohol shipment an hour prior. Food was kept in walk in cooler. Instructed management to ensure the delivery drivers do not prop the door open for long periods of time. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
