Drip pan missing at fryer area. Drain from prep sink is below the the rim of the floor sink. Caulking is coming off at handwash sink. Ceiling near mop sink has an area in disrepair. Please repair these area prior to next inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
