When asked, PIC stated the tiles had been cleaned the day prior but are permanently stained and no longer easily cleanable. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Correct prior to next routine inspection.

PIC stated that the items were prepped today and labeled for one week. Spoke with PIC about counting the prep day as day one and counting 6 additional days so the date mark would read 7/31. PIC directed an associate to label the TCS items with their respective dates. TCS food needs to be clearly marked to indicate the date or day the food shall be consumed on premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 41°F or less for a maximum of 7 days. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
