Observed accumulation of beige organic matter inside bar counter soda nozzles. Per food employee, soda nozzles are soaked overnight in soda water as the means to clean the nozzles. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Food employee relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Observed refrigerated drawer measuring with an ambient temperature of 55 degrees. TCS food items such as cooked meat, cheese, and vegetables measured with internal temperatures ranging between 45-61 degrees F. All items had been stored in the refrigerated drawer over night and were recommended for discard. Also observed prep refrigerator behind the bar, closest to the office, measuring with an ambient temperature of 56 degrees F. TCS beverages were stored in the unit, measuring with internal temperatures ranging between 46-51 degrees F. These items were stored in the unit over night and were recommended for discard.
