observed the Boxes of Broccoli, placed in the rinse middle basin in the three compartment ware washing basin. discussed with manager. observed facility has a veggie prep. sink, however, prep. sink is filled with food pans. recommended to remove articles and place broccolis/veggies in the designated basin, provided with a splash guard to minimize contamination. manager relocated veggies to the designated sink. if vegetables received frozen, you may place in the prep. sink under running cold water, or place in the cooler to thaw overnight. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
