Observed refrigerated unit on line to be holding chicken salad and tuna salad with internal temperatures measured to be 63-65*F. Per Person In Charge items were checked about an hour prior and at that time temperature was 38*F. Establishment has adequate alternate coolers on line holding at 41*F or below to use until this unit has been repaired. Do not use this unit to store Time/Temperature Control for Safety foods until it can hold 41*F or below.
