Observed door closed to the rear kitchen room during active food service, room contains the kitchen's only hand wash sink. Sink was also obstructed by boxes of lemons. Hand sinks must remain accessible during service hours to allow for hand washing.

Observed pizza in the hot holding unit holding 117*f degrees. Discussed either fixing unit to hold pizza above 135*f degrees or establish a written time as a control policy for time received and time discarded after lunch not to exceed 4 hours. School imports food and only does service onsite.
