-- Food employee with long acrylic nails observed working with exposed food without wearing gloves. Discussed with the employee and PIC requirements for food employees wearing nail polish and/or acrylics to use gloves if handling exposed foods to reduce the risk of food contamination. Requested at the time of inspection, the employee wash hands and don gloves before continuing food prep tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
