Trys are being washed in high temp dish washer and the temperature reaches to 152 degrees F. After several attempts and changing water, temperature does not reach to sanitizing temperature of 160 degrees F. Repair. Use three compartment sink for properly washing and sanitizing until repair is completed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
