Observed Bolthouse farms green goddess, protein plus and mango perishable beverages stored in upright reach-in cooler with an internal temperature of 65*F. All TCS foods were previously removed from reach-in cooler due to inability to cool foods to 41*F. Employee believed bolthouse farms beverages were non TCS and were kept in reach-in cooler.
