2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed a bottle of water on the prep table at the end of the cook-line (same wall as kitchen entrance), a water bottle, cup, and glasses stored on the shelf above the steam table area over a cutting board, and a plastic container of Activities' items (including hand sanitizer) on the shelf above the beverage area with open cups of juice. PIC moved the items to the office. Discussed storing personal items below and away from food contact surfaces to prevent contamination. Personal belongings can contaminate food, food equipment, and food preparation surfaces and consequently must be stored in properly designated areas. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PIC stated that the deli meat was removed from the freezer about three hours prior to thaw and used during lunch service for about an hour. The PIC relocated the meat to the freezer to rapidly cool. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
