Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that paper towels must be always available at handwashing sink. PIC restocked single-use paper towels. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage - Observed drain for chlorine dishwasher, glass dish washwer, and sprayer sink near dishwasher clogged, over flowing onto floor in the dishwashing area when the dishwasher and sink are in active use and preventing sink/dish machines to be used. Dish machines utilization was stopped during inspection and will not be used until floor drain is unclogged. Establishment is only utilizing 3-compartment sink for dishwashing until then.
