Observed the ice machine to have pink and orange slimy organic matter on the front apron within the ice machine. Per employee the ice machine is cleaned once a year. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch and cleaned frequent enough to prevent organic matter accumulation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed in green sanitizer bucket by the hand wash sink to have a used wiping cloth submerged. Per PIC the sanitizer used is chlorine and it was observed to be at 0ppm at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations 50ppm to 100ppm. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Install faucet to left side sink or extend the faucet on the right side so it can reach all sink basins of the 3-compartment sink. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 2nd Consecutive Violation.

Observed faucet of three compartment sink unable to reach and fill wash compartment of sink. Establishment's 3 compartment sink has 2 faucets, the left with just a sprayer nozzle and the right with a faucet that is too short and does not reach all three basins of the sink. Observed employee filling up wash side of the 3-compartment sink utilizing the faucet on the right side and a pool noodle to fill the basin on the left at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC about making sure the faucet can reach all sink basins at time of inspection. Reviewed with PIC and employee about not utilizing anything that is not smooth and easily cleanable at time of isneciton. Establishment will discontinue use of pool noodle for filling up the sink. All plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair. Install faucet to left side sink or extend the faucet on the right side so it can reach all sink basins of the 3-compartment sink.
